2. Booking & Payment

Reservations require valid payment details to secure the booking.
Some rates may require full prepayment or deposits (as specified at booking).
Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Standard cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check-in.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees (up to 100% of booking cost).
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, facilities, or property.
Pets and children are welcome in designated areas but must be supervised at all times.
Horse stables and yards are available but used at guest’s own risk.

6. Liability

Stockman’s Motel & Restaurant is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are advised to secure valuables.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Website Use

You may not copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.
External booking platforms may have their own terms of service, which also apply.
